I read in some reviews that the fingerprint sensor doesn't work quickly, but that's not true. It recognizes and unlocks in less than a second. The lock itself is fantastic, but what impressed me even more was the installation team. From start to finish, everything was handled in an entirely professional manner. I wish more companies offered this level of service. Highly recommended!

All the competitors charge at least AED 1,000 more! So I got suspicious. Then I saw there is a 3 years warranty if I call for it to be installed. So I bought and call. The installation was free! I have been using it for 2 months now. one word: Fantastic. The installation was perfect. Very good product! Thumb print/ code/ internet/ etc via the app. Exactly what I needed. No point spending more.

This smart lock works like a charm. The door selected by my constructor did not even have a handle, so I could not exit the house without the keys as you could only open the door by turning the key, so the risk of being stuck outside was huge. With this smart lock it solved my problem but is actually so useful to have multiple ways to open the door (badge, fingerprint, code, etc.) but also that you can open remotely via the app (which is not bad at all and very user friendly) but also set temporary access codes. Definitely happy with the puchase!

High quality built, easy to set up but not easy to install, you have to follow YouTube video for installation. If you don't have the correct tools don't try (you need to cut the wood or at least the rod to match the width of your door. Reads fingerprints, passcods. Tags, Bluetooth and gives notifications instantly. The only downside it says it's child proof. But my 2 year old boy opened the child safety lock in 2 seconds. If the lock was on top where he can't reach it would be perfect.

The lock is working fine but m disappointed that it doesn’t have the finger print option. We don’t want to enter the code as an owner, thought we can do the finger print. But it doesn’t have that option

Leider ist der Einbau anders als wie es die Bilder vermuten lassen. Es müssten umfangreiche Umbauarbeiten an der Tür erfolgen da man die komplette Kassette wechseln muss. Die ist von den abmaßen leider so nicht ohne weiteres einbaubar. Zu den Funktionen kann ich ohne den Einbau leider nix sagen. Die ganze Anlage ist auch sehr globig obwohl schön gefertigt. Für den Preis sollte ein Akku vorgesehen sein und nicht mehrere AA Batterien die die Abmessungen nach oben treiben
