No aftertaste
It tastes just like honey! Incredibly good, no aftertaste, will definitely buy it again, worth it!

I’m really happy with this honey substitute. The taste is surprisingly close to real honey and it works perfectly for tea, yogurt, or recipes. It doesn’t have a weird aftertaste and fits well into a keto lifestyle. A great option when you miss honey but want to stay sugar free.

I went into this knowing it wouldn’t be exactly like real honey, and that’s pretty accurate. On its own (straight off the spoon), it’s not the best and the flavor is a little “honey-like” rather than true honey. That said, it does resemble the taste closely enough to satisfy the craving. Where this product really shines is when you mix it with other foods—especially nonfat Greek yogurt. It adds the perfect sweet “honey” vibe without overpowering anything, and it tastes way better blended into something than eaten by itself. Same goes for putting it on toast or adding it to waffles—it complements other foods really well. Overall, it’s a solid swap at a fraction of the calories of real honey, and I’ll definitely keep it in my pantry for yogurt, toast, and breakfast foods.

The only reason I gave this 4 stars, not 5, is because this isn't exactly like honey. I love honey. But I'm diabetic and putting a little bit in my tea immediately shoots my blood sugar up. When I got this I tasted a little bit straight from the bottle and thought yuck, I'm not going to like this at all. A couple weeks later, I really wanted some tea with honey so I screwed up my courage. I found that it doesn't take much and that adding cream really complimented it. And zero blood sugar spike! It's not as tangy as honey, but it's good and has the same mouth feel.

If you’re watching your carbs, this is great stuff. A little expensive but well worth it and I am frugal!

A great sweetener - natural 10 cal/tablespoon - allulose and monk fruit extract. 1 tbs also has 57% of daily fiber recommendation. Most impressive, the recipe works like a charm - tastes as good as real honey, and don't need much - great on nut butter sandwiches, etc. etc. Highly recommend.
