I made Dubai chocolate in these. The bars are huge. Each bar weighed 8 oz. once filled.They came out of the mold easily

These molds are amazing I wish they had smaller versions so I don’t have to buy from another seller

The media could not be loaded. I got a few molds here already and I didn’t have a problem from the first few ones. But the last set of molds I got somehow is not good and it doesn’t work. The chocolate sticks and won’t come out at all. I gave it a benefit of a doubt and used it again for the second time and it still doesn’t work. The chocolates will either not come out or it breaks in half and I needed to scrape out the chocolate just to remove it. Not happy about this.

Good quality. Not as heavy duty as a Chocolate World mold. Which, is good for me as my old hands are not as strong as they used to be.If the bars don't come out, I'm sorry to say, it's your fault. Molds are good quality, and easy to use. Makes about an 8 ounce bar. They're making this size Dubai bars at the Mall of America and charging $25 for each bar. That checks if you do the math on your cost of goods.If you're having troubles getting the bars out, refrigerate for 15 minutes to let the bar shrink away from the mold. If you are using tempered couverture chocolate and they stick, there are a myriad of issues that can happen. The mold temperature, correctly tempered chocolate, room temperature, humidity can all effect the chocolate.

I used this to make Dubai chocolate, easy to use , chocolate came out very early. Perfect size for chocolate. Highly recommend!

Mold is fine but I think the squares are too small for a thicker bar and the indents in between aren’t deep enough. It would make breaking off the squares really hard. Might as well just be flat instead without the squares. I wish they were bigger and the indents were deeper. Not good for Dubai chocolate or filled chocolate bars in my opinion.
