The media could not be loaded. I have severe camel toe and overpronation which hurts my rheumatoid arthritic ankles and discovered i needed the insert to not be full foot size but still reach under and support my big toe knuckle. I normally wear size 9 wide womens or 8 means and the mens insert is perfect support. My ankles now feel better. The rubber make up means they don't slip in the fuzzy insides of my slippers too. I've tried a lot of inserts but these work best. They are giving and comfortable, great support without bruising. I will buy more of these. The video shows them after 3 months of wear. Holding up well.

I have flat feet and always have had them. But my orthopedist nurse suggested some arch support and I saw these advertised on TV, and so I thought I'd try them. My feet often hurt, especially at the end of the day. So I figured I could give these a try, given their reasonable cost. So I put them in my shoes and stood up.Oh my goodness, what blessed relief. I couldn't believe it. They are not like some arch supports which felt like a rock under my feet. You hardly realize these are in your shoes, but they must be because your feet finally feel supported and free of pain. I ended up buying a second pair.

These extend too high up into the ball of the foot, but at least I was able to cut these down to fit, and so I will keep them and use them, which is more than I can say for another pair of full insoles which were too big no matter how much I cut them.

Good fit, good quality, arch support not enough for me. These insoles did not help me out for my plantar fasciitis. Unfortunately

Rather than shift my way to the arch they felt very flat and very very uncomfortable. I have had many ínsoles, and these were the worst I’ve ever tries.

My doctor had me buy custom made insoles for my plantar fascitiis. They were excruciating and I couldn't use them. He had a patient come into the office with these, and he seemed to be impressed, so he recommended them to me. I ordered my first pair for my work shoes. My feet felt a little tired after that first day, but the pain I had been feeling from the plantar fascitiis was practically non existent. I went on a bought a second pair for my everyday shoes. I still have pain from time to time, but not like before. These have definitely made a huge difference.

These inserts are very good so easy to get in or out of your shoes. Help me a lot

Can't live without them. I use these all day everyday.
