I bought my Dessiz dryer back in July with high hopes. I was a little skeptical that it wouldn’t do a great job considering that it only dries up to 11 pounds of clothing at a time. But, I must admit I was wrong. It dries your clothes reasonably fast if the dryer is 40-50% full. It’s quiet and easy to clean. The dryer was performing exceptionally well up until September; I was drying a load and heard an attention grabbing grinding sound. It was so loud, it startled the house. After looking around in the drum to see if anything may have been trapped or loose, I started it up again. Shortly after, the drum stopped turning. So I emailed the company around 10pm that evening and got a response pretty quickly. Dessiz team had no problem sending me a new dryer after I sent them video footage of my issue. Day and night, they kept checking on me and even asked me to notify them once I received the new replacement. I am so thankful that I went through this company because you get a year warranty after the purchase date. I was a little hesitant to use the new dryer, being that I didn’t want the same episode to occur. But, it’s okay- life happens. And I shouldn’t be fearful to move forward. Plus the replacement I received looks way better lol. If anything goes wrong with this one I’ll be sure to reach back out. Overall, 5 out of 5 stars because of their effort to fix this American woman’s issue all the way from China. I can respect this company appreciate and service their customers with well intentions.

I bought this dryer for my tenants, and it has been in regular use for about 5 months now. It has been working perfectly with no issues so far. What I like • Heats well and dries clothes efficiently • Quiet operation, which is important for apartments • Compact size but fits a good amount of laundry • Sturdy build with a stainless steel drum • Easy to use with simple controls Things to note • Best for small loads, as expected for a compact dryer Overall, this is a reliable and well built dryer for apartments, small spaces, or rental units. Based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend it.

Worked great for less than a month until a burning smell started hitting the air. Then it randomly cuts on that starts running on his own. When I finally unplugged it to get it to stop running, it doesn’t come on at all anymore.

I looked at reviews many of them and decided on this Dessiz compact dryer. I bought this specifically for our 5th wheel camper, unfortunately we will not be using it this year, but i took it out of the box and dryed 3 towels to make sure it works. This is a fantastic small dryer, I say it could hold 5/6 towels easily, 3 was maybe 1/2 way full. This thing has a dryer led blue light that stays on when its running, 6 different settings. Timed, auto, fresh, iron dry regular, and Heavy. I watched it for a while and noticed the drum stops and turns the other direction, I think that's cool. It has been drying my 3 towels for about 20 minutes and they are just about dry, on the heavy setting. Im impressed with this little dryer so far. Also I forgot to mention its pretty light weight as well, I can move it without any issues. Another important thing to remember if your use to a gas dryer, just remember its electric

Perfect for a tiny home or RV. Does exactly what it is supposed to do, and as long as you don't over load it it does fine. Bath towels take too long to fully dry, but they are towels, so you can just hang them up to get that last bit of damp out of them. Fully automatic, and the display lets you know what the environment inside the dryer is long (temperature and humidity). Just wish I could adjust the centrigrade display to farenheit, but that is a minor annoyance.

Dryer works great, quiet and efficient. Very happy with it and the black is nice and stylish. follow the directions and dry similar fabrics together and get great results!

I bought this item, but unfortunately it was too small for my needs and made of lightweight plastic, so it couldn’t hold much. Drying also took longer than expected. However, I reached out to their support team and they were very helpful and responsive, which I really appreciated.

⸻ Pessimo prodotto, non comprate assolutamente! Ho provato a utilizzare questo asciugatore per asciugare 3-4 vestiti e ci ha messo ben 5-6 ore, ma i vestiti non erano nemmeno asciutti! È assolutamente inefficace. Inoltre, se desideri restituirlo, devi pagare di tasca tua oltre 200 euro per spedirlo indietro. È una follia! Prodotto di pessima qualità, assolutamente da evitare. Un vero e proprio spreco di soldi!
