They Work Great!!
The Hamburger Patty Paper works great for making the patties. Just slip a sheet on the bottom of my hamburger press before putting the ground meat in the press, then a sheet on top of the meat before pressing. The sheets are very durable and I have never had one tear during the pressing. They are especially good if you plan to freeze the burgers. Just stack the burgers and place them into freezer bags. When you take them out of the freezer, they will separate very easily, when you slip a butter knife between the two sheets of paper. They make the burgers look like they were made by professional meat packers.

Perfect for many things besides hamburgers.
I don't eat meat, so you might wonder why I buy these. I actually use them to separate the bread before I freeze it. I put one sheet between every other slice of bread so that when I want to get 2 slices out, I don't have to defrost the whole loaf just to be able to separate them. Works great. And, you can re-use them over and over since they're always going to be frozen. Very economical.

Just Adequate
I bought these to use with my new hamburger press and I find that they are just ok. After freezing the burgers with the paper, they stick a little bit to the burger when trying to remove them from the frozen patty. I previously used parchment paper cut into squares and that worked great! I just might go back to that method.

We Like These The Best
If you are using a Hamburger Press to make your burgers, these are essential. They are durable and easy to insert and peel off when you're finished pressing the burger. Other brands that we tried use lighter weight wax paper that would tear when we operated the press.

great paper
This hamburger paper is what I need it, its strong and heavy weight. Its works very well in keeping the burgers separated, it make it easier remove when frozen. It cost a little more but its worth it. I recommend for people to try it.

Great for making burgers to freeze
These are the patty papers to get; they do not soak through, and frozen patties will come apart with a firm wack against a hard surface. I also notice that these papers do not tear when you peel them away from the burger, like thinner papers can.
