NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP Lip IV Hydrating Glossy Lip Stain with 12HR Hydration - Mauve N Moist (Purple)

This is amazing. Every Lip IV I've tried stains really true to the applied color and in not much time. Lasts all day if you don't wipe it off (blot, don't wipe). Can even use the dark colors as a liner and fill with a lighter one to good effect. With the gloss on, it smooths over any lip texture to create a surprisingly stable gloss that stays in place. It's hydrating. I own like 6 and I'll buy them for as long as they make them.

My new lip gloss go to. I’m not a makeup girl. A little mascara or DIY Lashes and eyeliner and I’m good to go. So I don’t know much or how to do much of anything makeup wise. This is perfect for a minimal girl. It’s a nice touch of color even on my dark melanin lips and makes them feel all juicy. It doesn’t feel sticky at all! I was expecting a tackiness, but there’s none!Very smooth and honestly you only need a very thin amount to cover both lips. Sometimes I only coat one lip to make sure I don’t apply too much, or a very very thin layer to both to make sure all surfaces are covered.I really want to try this in another color.

I like the color but I have to scrape the applicator to get as little as possible of the gloss. It hydrates your lips, but not a plumper. Definitely moisturizing. I don’t like super shiny lips so that’s why I apply very little which works well.

Absolutely fell in LOVE with this gem!!! It's LONG lasting shine, SUPER comfortable and lightweight! The shine is AMAZING and gorgeous. The stain lasts literally ALL day. I used more expensive lip stains and this right here is up there with the expensive ones but at an affordable price. I will be getting more!!! Highly recommend!

I had heard rave reviews regarding the NYX lip stains and wanted to try them! Being someone who doesn't typically wear much makeup, I wasn't sure how I would like the feel of this product. I was very impressed with the feel of the lip stain! It went on smoothly, was very hydrating and my lips felt moisturized all day. This lip stain does not feel sticky and is very easy to apply, which is a big plus! I have purchased hydra honey, drippin n' rose and blush rush. All of them are lovely on and I think will complement many skin tones. I plan to purchase a few more shades!! This is my new go-to lip product and I highly recommend it!

I looked at a lot of lip stains and tried 3 different ones before I got this. It goes on easily with the brush. It is definitely lip gloss shiny. But is not overly sticky. After a few hours (and coffee and breakfast and water) it dulls down but is still color on my pale lips. I reapply after lunch and in the mid/late-afternoon to get me through the rest of my work day. I apply chapstick over it when it's dulled down but not when it's shiny. I love the color on (winter white) me. I thought I wanted a matte lipstain but nope, I like shiny. It doesn't stay as long as I'd like, though. There is a light vanilla smell that I don't love but I don't notice it after awhile. I might try a darker shade to see if that stains deeper and lasts longer. But I may just try another brand (again) in hopes of finding "the one."

Phenomenal performance!! I tend to have any lipstick, gloss, other vital lip stains that do not last. I won’t gatekeep, this I need a wagon full of ! No scent or flavor, color is beautiful, I work 12 hours a shift and was amazed it lasted a good 10 hours!!!

When it is fist applied, it's glossy and very pretty. I love the Bubblegum Pink color. Unfortunately after two hours, no food or drink during that time, gloss was gone and color very faded. I'll give it another try because I really loved it at first.
