Had this product for 3 days... Nothing to complain about, pretty great. Although the original price might be a ploy to target buyers looking for a discount, this laptop seems to be of high quality.... I believe there is no dedicated GPU, but I believe this laptop can handle light to medium gaming. Screen looks very nice, keyboard is snappy, 16gb ram is great, can handle opening multiple applications at once with ease... I am impressed so far with this laptop, and I would recommend to anyone except those looking to play the latest games on high settings... hopefully this laptop stands the test of time, but overall very pleased so far.

Was excited to get a new laptop after 10 years. Started the computer up, everything seemed to be speedy and ok. Set up user and computer went into automatic upgrade. After upgrade computer booted back up just fine, EXCEPT. THERE IS NO BAR TO PUT YOUR PASSWORD. I CANNOT log back in. I have tried resetting system in BIOs to factory setting and it will not do that either. A couple others have tried to find the log in bar, but to no avail. Have had it a couple of weeks and never got to use it. I am VERY skittish about buying ANYTHING online This just confirms Why. :( OH. and NONE of the Contact information works. No way to Contact Customer Service.

So far, like it. Started right up, set up was easy. Seems like a very nice laptop. No negatives I found at this point, price good.for general use I'd say great buy.

It’s not a gaming computer but it can run older games. It runs games like the sims with mods and dlc well but it will not run newer games ive also played metal gear phantom pain and it ran it fine. Online games like Fortnite and marvel rivals will not even turn on if you try them. Also the battery life is not good at all, it barely last 2 hours.

It was fairly easy to set it up. Downloaded my security system easily. Also other programs. Keys easy to use. So far I haven’t used it much because it’s for my classes coming up. Will right another review later. Been using it for my classes online. So far works great for me. Bought in November 2024.

16 inch display is beautiful for gaming. I used this for Xbox cloud gaming and had a great experience. Since we do everything on the cloud and now gaming this a great tool for that and at a price cheaper than a console and you can use this for Windows 11 productivity stuff. As for me it’s a portable game console. Battery life is incredible and functionality with a large touch pad is a nice touch. Enjoy the Fun!!

After I got this laptop, l hardly use my Dell laptop. first of all.my favorite is its keyboard very easy to use because each key is very large and my fingers are thick.so it is very user-friendly for me.the internet speed is very smooth to use , even though l have downloaded many software.and the appearance of this laptop is also very beautiful.l highly recommend it.

I bought the laptop for my son as a replacement for his old one. He only uses it to play roblox and watch youtube. After being delivered a week late, the laptop does not work. It regularly freezes and won't respond other than powering down the laptop by holding the power button for roughly 10 seconds. It also regularly shuts down for a 'fatal error'. We have had it for a week and this started day one. I am going to call customer support but it is only available m-f, 8-5. Bad product so i have to wait until Monday.
