I don’t like honey. This is not honey. This is delicious, amazing, yummy, dreamy, creamy liquid. I have never had a honey I liked until this one. Even trying other organic, raw, Canadian honey. My daughter suggested I try the Peace River honey and so I did as it’s less expensive and proudly Canadian too. It has a very sour end note to it which is certainly not your friend in the hibiscus tea I’m trying to use up as that is also sour. I had my husband who doesn’t just not like honey, but who actually hates honey do a taste test between the two yesterday. He cautiously gave them both a sniff and said he already knew mine would be better just by the smell of it. He bravely ventured on and tried them both and of course One Root won out. This is the only honey I’ve ever liked. I could literally eat this like ice cream. It’s also a great hiccup remedy. If you have the hiccups just swallow down a spoonful and they are immediately gone. One Root is definitely worth the higher price tag! I’m going to try it in the hibiscus tea today and see if it helps to improve the flavour any. I may update on that later.

Very creamy and delicious honey. Not super sweet and not sugary as the other honeys out there. This one definitely stands out with its white, creamy flavorful smell and taste inviting you to have some more. It’s a solid 5 star organic honey from the organically clean pastures of Northern Canada. I highly recommend to everyone to try it. Perfect for a cup of hot ginger lemon tea, hot morning bowl of oatmeal or to spread it on a crunchy toast or on a bagel.

Lovely nostalgic taste and texture. One of the best honey I ever had. Even my dog loves it!

白っぽい蜂蜜で舌ざわりが滑らかなのを探していてこちらを購入しました。 クリーム蜂蜜になるのかな？ 全然ざらざらしていません！素晴らしい。 甘味も濃くて美味しいはちみつでした。 お安く購入できてよかった。 瓶に直接スポーンなどを入れるのがとても気が引けますが。。 かなり粘度が高いので容器に移し替えるのは難しそうです。

At first i was very upset when this came in because i was expecting a beautiful white creamed honey with a smooth taste and texture and instead it just looked like regular honey and tasted like that too. It came in a liquid state not creamy and spreadable. However i knew that it was hot outside and stuck it in the fridge for awhile and then put it in the cupboard. The next day i tried it again and could taste a difference in it from regular honey. I'm very picky about my honey as i grew up my entire childhood next to a large bee farm and i know what fresh raw honey is like and my sister in law has her own bees too so I'm very familiar. However I've been wanting to try other honeys and decided to give this a try because it seems like great practice and honey. I would've been happy if it had come in the white creamy state instead of regular liquid with a smoother taste. It does taste amazing i will say and I've gone through half the jar in a week if that says anything, but i hope they are able to figure it out sooner than later because I'm not sure i will take another chance on this.
