Fast to install. Noticeable difference.
These bolt on in minutes. I put mine on a Hangkai 12 HP that is on a 20' aluminum boat. The motor is definitely to small for the boat. I did not notice any speed increase. I did notice a huge difference in how fast it takes off and gets on plane though. It also makes a huge difference when fight rough waves. For the price, I would buy it again.

Easy to install
While there were no instructions included, this was very easy to install. Best advice is to watch a couple online videos of installation on similar motors. A 90 degree drill bit adaptor makes easy work of drilling the holes needed to bolt this up.Installed on an older 15 HP 2 stroke Mercury used with 14' aluminum modified V-hull. Recently switched boat from tiller to side console and the extra weight in the stern made the hull porpoise at slow speeds, with higher winds blowing the bow around like a sail. Huge difference in keeping the boat level and eliminating the wind effect.
