The racklette was delivered on time and was easy to track the delivery - perfect for our New Year's Eve party after we'd ordered it at the last minute. It was so simple to set up and cooked everything we put on it perfectly. Afterwards everything was so easy to clean. Only minor niggle was that the power cord wasn't very long and we had to use an extension cable.

Easy to Clean, and very easy to use, good price and allowed the family to have a great time!

Good product which works well. Once up to temperature the stone top cooks well and the grill pans are great. The stone top does discolour especially if you cook meats such as chorizo but that just adds character! We have had some very enjoyable relaxed gatherings cooking together.

Excellent does the job

Fantastic product and customer service, which has prompted me to provide my first feedback. The stone hotplate was broken in transit. I was worried it would be hassle to resolve. I contacted the seller and they responded immediately, no quibbling, they would send a replacement and it would be with me within a week. It duly arrived. I have thorough enjoyed using it with the family, each choosing want the want to cook on the plate, and melting cheese on various foods underneath. A very enjoyable and social eating experience. We will certainly have friends around in the future to do the same. As mentioned by others the power lead is a bit short but using an extension lead is no problem. I have no hesitation recommending the product and the seller.

Doesn’t heat up as much as others and the stone stains from the first use.

Perfect for parties to suprise guests

Really disappointed with this product. Everything sticks, the top plate is really flimsy and it’s almost impossible to clean - even scraping at burned on meat with a thumbnail scratches the surface. Our first grill was replaced because the coating came off when we tried to clean it but the replacement is no better - everything sticks solid to the ‘non stick surface’ even barbecue cleaner doesn’t touch it
