I sit in the office facing the computer every day. After a while, I found that I had a serious hunchback and always had sore shoulders and neck. A friend recommended this posture corrector to me. I tried it for a week. Every time I sit, my posture is naturally more upright and my back is not so sore. The material is breathable and does not squeeze people. It is not obvious when worn under clothes. It is very practical!

Helping With My Posture and Left Hand PainI just started using this posture corrector, and I’m already noticing a difference. I’ve been dealing with pain in my left hand, which I suspect is partly due to poor posture and tension in my upper back. I feel better when using this product (less tension in my neck and shoulders). I’m also more aware of my posture when not wearing this product. I think with continued long term use, I will see and feel more progress over time. I’ve tried similar products (different brands), but this is the best one I’ve tried because I like the design (with other brands’ products that I have tried, the straps run directly under your underarm which is uncomfortable and absorbs deodorant/sweat). I also love the material because it has a soft breathable texture (unlike other brands I have tried that cut into my skin, and are not soft and breathable material).

I bought a different but similar product that had more thoracic support. I bought this to compare bc the reviews were good and I like the bamboo fabric, oek-tex standard. Turns out, although a much more simple fit, it supports much better. After 2 weeks, posture is much better and I can it is effectively training me to maintain the good posture even when not wearing it. I wear it as much as possible. Fits easily under clothes

After recently starting to use this posture corrector, I’ve already noticed improvements in my posture and a reduction in my right hand pain, which I believe was linked to upper back tension. This posture corrector is much better than other brands I have used. The straps are soft and wide enough that I can wear it for the whole day (the straps of some other brands were too narrow and thin). The size is perfect (the size of some other brands were too small and not as described). Besides, it's pretty easy to wear. I feel obvious improvement of my back posture. I will use it for a long term to thoroughly correct my back posture.

Does nothing to correct posture. Straps are loose and do not pull shoulders back. Very bulky and cannot wear under clothes.
