This is a super cool poster exactly & what I needed for describing where various parts of cow meat comes from. I plan on referring to it plenty this summer while I make Brisket, Porterhouses, and delicious burgers on my smoker and my grill! I think I'm going to order another one for inside the kitchen. The one I have now is hung at my smoke pit.
