Have bought it as a gift for my father-in-law for Christmas. Contacted the seller prior to purchase as I wanted 2 different images rather than the same one duplicated on each side. The seller was very responsive and super helpful and I would definitely recommend them. The print I provided was clear and a decent quality print on the mug. Would buy again.

I received one of these for secret Santa last year and oh my gosh, it's fantastic! I very often forget my coffee throughout the day, this cup keeps it warm for about an hour without the lid on, 2 hours with it! The fact you can personalise it makes it a perfect gift as the girls from work often forget their drinks too. The only downside in my book is the lid while being very good to minimise leakage is a bit of a pain to clean.
