So easy to use and great value for the cost. I am able to check out my families ears and see if something is going on pre heading to a doctor appointment if not actually needed. Product does not feel cheap- very good quality.

Love this! My doctor was even impressed! I even sent her the picture of both ears. Started on meds. I could watch as it healed. I absolutely love I could take the pictures by myself since I didn’t have someone to look at it. I could look at it realtim and take my own pictures. You can see the bad ear and the good ear.. I took those pictures. Not someone that knew what they were doing. It was even something an elderly lady could do. Technically not over even my head !!

Very easy to use to look into your own or another person. Instructions could be a little more in depth, but over all a very good product at a good price.

I am very pleased with this purchase. As I wear hearing aids It allows me to see the wax build up in my own ears so I know when to remove it. It's a quqlity made product.

The implemented solution did not yield the expected results despite adherence to all specified procedures. This outcome has unfortunately resulted in a significant expenditure of time and has led to considerable disappointment within our team. While a replacement is being dispatched, the process necessitates the return of the original item. We anticipate and hope that the replacement will function as intended.

Bought this otoscope for my dad who does not own a phone. The integral screen let my dad see inside the ear canal. He was also able to change the intensity of the LED lights & change the magnification. I was the guinea pig & he was able to take a picture of my ear canal & showed me. I give the item 4 stars - to me, the image seemed grainy, but then again I don't know what I'm seeing. My dad says I have hairy ears & some ear wax.
