Absolute;y necessary to use this conditioner after shampoo from same manufacturer. Without it my thin, fine hair would float away on the slightest breeze. This conditioner gives it a bit of body. Excellent quality brand.

Love this conditioner and have used for at least 10 years, but dislike the high price nowadays. Used to cost $3.99 after coupons at Bed Bath & Beyond. Those were the days!
