Use this on a 5080 and works great. Before I had gotten this, the cord I had was pressing against the glass panel in my case, now there is no issue. Had for over 2 months no issues

It's longer than what I expected but it's honestly perfect. Looks great in my PC and works as expected!I am using two 8 pins to the adapter that came with my 4070 Super and the adapter into this extension and I have 0 problems. 10/10

I used this extension cable with my RTX 5090 Astral, which has a 12V-2x6 connector and built-in power sensors. During extended test runs, I noticed serious voltage imbalance issues. Some pins only delivered around 7.5V while others went up to 8.5V. This is far from the expected 12V standard and indicates poor internal wiring or connector quality.These kinds of imbalances can damage high-end GPUs or cause instability under load. The cable looks good and fits securely, but electrically it’s not safe for high-power cards like the RTX 5090. I switched back to my original direct 12VHPWR cable and the voltage readings returned to normal across all pins.Not recommended for RTX 40-series cards with power monitoring. Spend a bit more for a trusted brand that guarantees proper pin distribution and safety.

I got this cable in anticipation of buying a new GPU. The new GPU hasn't arrived yet, but I wanted to make it clear that *both* ends of this cable are the "new" 12-pin style. For some reason the pics on Amazon made it look like one end was the new style, and the other end was an 8-pin, but that's not the case.I will update once I get the new GPU and test this cable.

This was one of those products for which I had so high hopes, but I kept fears that it may underdeliver. Well, it delivered, and it matched all the high hopes I had for it.It's a high end and beautifully threaded cables with organizing separators which you can move around. My GPU went from being connected to an ugly 600W 16 pin cable, to this piece of art. Attached are pictures of it and a picture of the one cable I replaced at the end. Super happy with it!!
