My paste is gritty is this normal or should it be smooth?

Mine was gritty too, waste of money. IMO. Wash with hibiscrub (diluted) dry and use sudacrem.

What is the ingredients, Is this just a barrier cream or does it kill bacteria/fungus already there

It doesn’t do anything. It might “clean” them but it certainly doesn’t remove them. A total waste of £20.

This is an anti fungal cream, designed to treat damp skin folds that need cleaning. Works a treat on my dogs nose rope.

My bulldog gets a yellow crusty build up daily on her facial folds on top of quite red skin. Would this work?

Yes definitely I do my bulldogs wrinkles every day and more in the summer heat. If the wrinkles start looking sticky wipe with antibacterial wipes from vets otherwise baby wipes are good. This wrinklepaste is amazing and all the red tear stained marks disappear really quickly. Very easy to apply and soothing for bully dog.
