I would give 5 star as can see it's a good neck collar & made well but says medium/large My neck is 16inch & I would say it's small/medium as the strap leaves a gap at the back so foam doesn't meet so the velcro irritating & too tight if try to close more can't breath.

Not quite true to size

The listing made no mention of this collared being made with latex! I found out within a minute of putting it on that a rash formed all around the underside of my chin and on the skin above the front of the neck. Not only that, but I suspect that the sizing may be a tad out. My neck is 15" but the collar - a med/ large one that should have been amply big - lacked sufficient length in the adjustable end of the Velcro fastening. But LATEX MUST BE STATED AS A CONSTITUENT PART of any item that will be worn in contact with the skin! That's not an opinion, that's consumer law relating to allergens. Thanks, Amazon, for causing me to suffer because of your failure to declare the presence of Lycra! This is going to trading standards , I shall be expecting some free calamine lotion from Amazon! At the very least. So by all means buy one if you're certain that you're not allergic to Latex, otherwise avoid it like tge plague!

After buying this item and using it for a few days and having attended an appointment with a physio it not recommended to use this. Therfore check with your GP surgery before purchase

Very good neck collar. Bought this for a relative and she uses it everyday.
