I would not recommend this dehydrator to anyone. For years I used a Nesco dehydrator that worked wonderfully. It was starting to get old so I replaced it with this one 2 years ago. The trays do not stay neatly stacked and tend to fall off of each other when storing. Also this dehydrator takes FOREVER to dehydrate anything. It has taken 48 hours to dehydrate something as simple as parsley. I am currently shopping for a new one and will be throwing this one away. Very disappointed . Lots of wasted electricity used unnecessarily.

I really enjoy trying new things on this dehydrator. Only thing I don't like is the directions are all in Celcius so I have to convert it for the temp part. But that's the only thing I don't like.
