These are fantastic rubber plates for the money. Absolutely rock solid. Yes, they come with a few little scratches and blemishes here and there but if you're buying weight plates to hang on your wall and look pristine, then you shouldn't be buying them in the first place! There is a slight rubber smell, as others have mentioned, but a day on the patio soon got rid of that. After seeing how good the 45lb plates were, I immediately ordered a pair of 25lbs. Delivery took just a couple of days and the delivery company were bang on with their timings and communication. I'll see how I go but I will probably buy a couple more pairs as well. Not measured how accurate the weights are but I'm sure they'll be 'there or there abouts'. Near enough for an ordinary bloke working out in a home gym anyway.

These Fitvids weight plates really impressed me. The rubber coating feels durable, the edges are smooth, and they slide onto the barbell with no wobble or weird fit issues. They look and feel like plates that cost a lot more. For anyone building a home gym, this is a fantastic value — solid construction, accurate weight, and a price that’s hard to beat. If you want dependable plates without overspending, these are a great choice.

Can't beat the price for these. It's hard to find anything for $1 per pound. As others have said, they are coated with some chemical that really reeks (and I have no idea how toxic it is, so I handled these with vinyl gloves). I washed them all down with dishwashing liquid before use and the stink dissipated fairly quickly. Plates shipped in pairs were weighed and all were accurate enough and closely matched. Plates shipped individually all had a tag indicating they had been weighed and were also closely matched. I can't say if the plastic is tough enough to survive having a loaded barbell dropped to the floor, but it seems if that's your style you'll also be lifting on a moderately padded floor.

Standard 45lb rubber plates. Quality seems great. Have used them with various workouts thus far and no issues. They will be a little slippery right out of the box, which is what I’ve experienced with all new rubber weights regardless of brand. They suit my home gym needs perfectly and will buy again if ever needed.

I'm very excited to see how these hold up over a year of use. They seem great out of the box. Look clean and no strong smells from the rubber used. They look really nice as well. The price was unbeatable. I'm very excited about this product. Only giving it a 4 star because I don't know how well they will last.
