This was precisely what my wife was looking for. She loved everything about it (look, fit, size, and style).

It arrived on time and it is very pretty. It does not work though. The second hand doesn’t move. I looked on Amazon for support and (for this product), it said to ‘contact Anne Klein’ so I did. Then I get an email from Anne Klein saying for me to ‘contact the company I purchased it from’. I’m not going to get the run around so it looks like I’ll be returning the watch. So sad, customer service is slowly dying :(
