It took me about 7 months of weekly injections with a large auto-injection pen to fill one container, so I just locked it up and pulled out my second one. Over the course of that time, I did drop a few other small sharps in the container, but they literally fell through the cracks.I love the easy-to-use mail-drop opening of the container, and the flap doubles as container-full indicator (but don’t be afraid to give it a little shake to settle the contents every now and again). One of the locks was a little stubborn, but once they were both latched, the lid was secure for transport.

I like that the tilting section that dumps the sharp into the container will do it on it's own. No need to do it yourself. Easy to put together. Easy to shut for disposal. Nice thick plastic

Great price for 2 containers. I could not find this size container anywhere near me. Wide and tall enough for syringes or diabetic insulin needles. I highly recommend it.
