This product is worth the money. It goes in all kinds of drinks and dissolves easily with no taste. Great product

I have been using this since late October 2024. I purchased to see if it would help curb sweet cravings and possible help trim my belly fat. What I have experienced is it did curb my appetite to where I eat smaller servings. I still like sweets, but I control it instead of it controlling me. I have lost some weight and my belly has trimmed, but it did not happen overnight. I drink a tea latte in the mornings and really did not like the slight coconut taste, but I drink a veggie smoothie in the morning so I added a scoop of the MCT powder into the smoothie mix and it actually makes it taste better! The texture is not a true powder as their other products so it does not seem to dissolve as easily, but in my small blender it mixes into the smoothie with no problem. I have experienced no gastric upsets.I use a number of NativePath products and have found you have to use them daily and it takes about 3 months to really begin to see results. It took about 6 months to really feel the change in my weight and belly fat. I use only one scoop a day. Possibly 2 scoops would affect a quicker result, but I am good with my results at this time.

Does it's job well. However, it does not completely dissolve in coffee as advertised. Almost all of it will, but one is left with tiny, undissolved clumps floating on top. Kind of gross looking. But it is completely flavorless.

Mixed easily and there is no taste. Trusting it is beneficial although I can’t say for sure. Have not seen any weight loss.

I don't mind the taste of this at all. It dissolves well. I marked it down because I am not seeing that it is really having any impact on me as far as ketosis. However, there are some good reviews from others so I am going to keep taking it until this container is gone and then re-evaluate.

The description claims "unflavored and mixes well with liquids" and the container states, "Mixes easily onto hot or cold liquids. Dissolves clump-free with stirring." Both statements are lies. This has a nasty taste and after taste. It also does not easily dissolve clump free in any liquid with stirring (I assume they mean with a spoon). I used a spoon, a knife, and a whisk to stir with in hot and cold liquids (water and tea) and had clumps every time. I even tried it in fruit juice and still got clumps. So, if you want a bad tasting drink that has clumps in it, then this is the powder for you! Yes that was sarcasm. You’ve been warned, buy at your own risk.

I left my MCT at home when I went on vacation. I ordered this emergency replacement through Amazon and it was delivered quickly during a holiday weekend! Great job by Native Path.

It truly has no flavor. We have been using this as a supplement for a meal. It works for us, getting healthy fats and not eating so much. No stomach upset.
