I wasn't sure what to expect because I have never bought an exercise machine like this before, but it works great. You can definitely feel the burn in you core area. It is lightweight and easy to move. Was also very easy to put together. Its a great workout and a great value given it costs under $100. A++

I bought this for my self and I am seeing results so far. The quality is great and it is really easy to use. It is sturdy but light weight which allows it to be moved anywhere. This product is helping me with abdominal workout and gladly it gets it done quick rather than doing it manually.

It is pretty easy to assemble. I use it and works great for someone who is 6ft and 190 lbs. Easy to move around. Very sturdy and compact at the same time. Comes with cushions

It was relatively easy to assemble, and the instructions were clear. It took about 20 minutes in total, and I’m not very handy. The unit itself is lightweight and easy to move around, but it is sturdy enough to stay in place and not slide around while in use.It folds up easily and rests against the wall or under the bed. My abs have been sore for a couple of days after the first workout, so I know it’s targeting them effectively! It's a smooth, quiet workout that you’ll definitely feel! Great product!In terms of the exercise itself, it works great! Smooth and fluid movements and the use of your body weight to pull up are less common ways to exercise your ab muscles, which, for me, has led to a much more efficient workout. I highly recommend picking this up.

Wonderful, works exactly as advertised

I love this machine, it was so easy to set up and use! It also folds up compact, so i can use it in my room, then put it in my closet. I recommend this for people with compact spaces but need something to work out.
