To change between these 2 hearing programs, just press and hold the Program Button. You'll hear 1 beep for 1st Program and 2 beeps for 2nd Program.

For adjusting the volume of your hearing aid, Press the top of the rocker switch to go up in volume and Press the bottom of the rocker switch to go down in volume.
