Solid protein hit, easy to digest highly recommended.
Took these to the gym, I do long endurance runs on the treadmill - I use them as they have a mixture of carbs and protein - protein content is high per gram too. VERY tasty, probably the best I’ve had. Highly recommended.

Good Product With Some Caveats
This bar packs a punch. The taste is really nice and the amount of protein source per bar is really good. Only a couple of gripes. The first is although the taste is nice, the chocolate flavouring is lower compared to other similar bars. The second is that from my sample at least, it is quite chewy. I definitely wouldn't be using this product during intense activities. Other than that, a good, solid product.

good portion but very sweet
These taste really sweet so it’s a bit difficult to have a whole one sometimes but I really like that they are rice bars! Protein is good but could do with more and less sugar. You also only get 12 in a pack so if you’re a regular lifter it won’t do you very long. They are tasty but ridiculously sweet.

Decent bars
I’ve been using these bars for my long treadmill runs and gym sessions. They’re packed with protein and carbs, making them great for recovery. The taste is really nice, though a bit sweeter than I expected, and they’re slightly chewy, so I wouldn’t use them during intense activity. Each bar has a good protein content, but the flavour is a little subtle compared to other bars. They’re best for endurance workouts or heavy training days rather than as a casual snack. Overall, very tasty and effective—highly recommended if you need a solid protein and carb boost!

Tasty and convenient
I really enjoyed these bars, they seem good quality and they are satisfying after a workout. I’m a vegetarian so I’m always looking for ways to increase my protein intake with something convenient and these fit the bill perfectly as they have a good amount of protein in them. The main thing to note is the sweetness. They’re definitely on the sweeter side, which I personally found best balanced with a coffee. The flavour is nice, with no strange aftertaste like you get with some protein bars. The texture is also spot-on, crunchy without being dry or gooey, just a really nice balance. They remind me of the texture of those big brand square shape bars for kids. Overall, I’ve found they’re a great way to get a bit more protein in while still feeling like I’m having a treat. With this in mind, it’s 5 stars from me!

Energy boosting bars for use during (or after) high intensity exercise.
These energy bars come in a box of 12 and so work out at approximately £2.75 per bar. I selected the mixed flavours and found them all to be palatable and tasty (although personal preference will of course dictate whether you like a particular flavour or not). The initial and overriding impression of these bars is the sweetness, but given the ingredient contents and ratios this is hardly a surprise. The bars I received (September 2025) had just over two years of shelf-life with a Best-Before date of November 2027, which I thought was pretty good. The main constituent ingredient is a slab of puffed rice, which is bound together with the sugary-goo and I found that this was easy to eat whilst on the move during exercise as it didn’t break up or crumble. Whilst the flavours were pleasant enough, for the relatively high price of these bars I would have liked to have seen some other natural ingredients, like dried fruit and nuts and this would for me have made these bars a better option. Based on the high sugar content, I would keep one of these bars in reserve for when I have an energy dip and need a sharp, quick boost and I wouldn’t be consuming them on a routine basis. Ideally, for the types of sports I do (mountain endurance, hiking, sailing, climbing, snow sports, mountain biking etc.,) these bars are perfect to carry in reserve as an effective emergency energy boost, and in that regard they do the job intended.

Delicious and contains just what I need after hard runs
To begin with, I'd say that these are only really designed for people burning a good amount of calories and in need to rapid replenishment of carbs and proteins. These bars contain almost 300 calories per go and around 25-30 grams of sugar, so they're much aimed at delivering you carbs quickly in addition to their 15 grams of protein. If you're an endurance athlete or a gym-goer finding you're struggling to recover from hard sessions then these will likely help, but this definitely isn't the kind of thing you'd have at work as a 'healthy snack'. With that out the way, I'd say for my use case (once a week after a 15-25km run), they have been perfect. When I'm not really feeling like a shake or heavy food, these bars are fairly light and taste great. They're far easier to get down than most other post-workout options I've tried. They are called 'Rice Bars' and I guess they are a bit like a dense Rice Krispies bar. Whilst they still have a bit of chewiness, they are quite a bit firmer. I'd also say that you can really taste the massive amount of sugar in these. Although the flavours are all really nice, they definitely taste 'naughty' in that the sweetness from the sugar really comes through.
