Worth every penny
One of the best brushes I’ve ever used. I get volume and definition. The best of both worlds. Not a crazy amount of volume but just enough to give you a fuller look while still being defined. 10 out of 10

Good complement to the Define Edgelift Brush if your curly/wavy hair has problem straight areas
I ordered this brush because I had previously bought the Bounce Curl Define Edgelift Brush, which I really like except that it leaves the back of my hair kind of flat because my super fine, curly/wavy hair is straighter in the back than around my face. I was wondering if the Volume Brush would help with curl definition and volume at the back of my head. I was not disappointed. It works well for that. I'm considering using both brushes to style my hair: using the Define Edgelift for the front and the Volume for the back. These brushes are pricey, but really well-designed and worth the money if you have curly/wavy hair that tends toward stringiness or bushiness.

I’m in love!!
I’ve been using a denman brush for over 5 years and the Bounce Curl brush volume is so so so much better. I say this after only using it once. It’s made such a difference in redefining my curl pattern, it even curled the strands that would always come out straight. Granted I also changed the hair products I’ve been using so make sure to have a good moisturizing product, a product for hold (like mouse or gel) AND SUPER WET HAIR when you use the Bounce Curl to achieve your ultimate look. I also diffuse my hair. All this helps with defining, volume, and less frizz. The brush is comfortable to use, small learning curve, and sturdy. So happy!!

It works
Really does work on my 'mixed ' hair.I have that frizzy combination hair that can be really curly or really frizzy. Some strands are not coiled or more wavy straight and some are coiled. I can't Brush my hair dry or it will expand sideways and instantlytanglr, needs to be wet to brush it, yet it's still not really cur, maybe frizzy waves that always look like i never brush it.....i keep it really long (with layers) because the weight helps keep it down.So that being said. With just some some lotion while wet, i can use this brush as directed and my hair looks really put together and defined, even truely curly, which i prefer because at least it's choosing something. With product like gel or something it can really be defined and super curly. So for me and my 'type' of hair, this is a godsend. I just wish the handle was more substantial because it's pointy and small, slippery even. Sometimes it's hard to beush through my hair and the brush slips or is difficult to grip. I try to remember to put my hair up for bed, but if i don't, then I'm fumbling around with the brush for a while, so i use a better grip brush first, then end with this one for definition.

Don’t drop it!
I absolutely love the Bounce Curl Volume Brush! It delivers amazing results, making it a staple in my curly hair routine. One of the best features is the pointed tip on the handle, which makes sectioning so quick and precise — it’s honestly the second-best part of the brush after its grooved edges.Unfortunately, I had slippery product on my hands and accidentally dropped it. The pointed tip broke and splintered, which was disappointing since it was such a useful detail. I wish the tip were more durable or had a reinforced design, especially since it's a tool we often use with wet or product-coated hands.Despite that, I still highly recommend this brush. Just be extra careful when handling it!

Best brush ever
I love this brush. It’s not great for detangling, but it wasn’t designed for that. It works great for defining my curls and giving them more volume. I’ve used many methods and this brush is by far my favorite. It takes a few tries to get the hang of it, but it’s really quick once you get it! My curls are really popping lately. Watch the TikToks to learn how to use it! To everyone who says it isn’t sturdy - it feels pretty hefty without being heavy. I haven’t broke mine - but I haven’t hurled it across the room either. I don’t know why it wouldn’t hold up with NORMAL use. Product does get in it, but I just use a little dawn power wash and warm water and it cleans up really well.

not a must have
I love bounce curl products and I was intrigued by this brush. I decided to not be an early adopter of the define brush, especially when I heard she was developing different versions. when the volume brush dropped, I was in and just needed a sale. I have used the brush twice now and have mixed feelings. I am used to brush styling with my tangle teezer, but this brush takes some practice. the first time my hair was pretty frizzy, especially in the back according to my sister. the second time, I made sure myhair was really wet, which seemed to help with getting more defined clumps near my roots. I typically do my cream, gel and then brush style. I feel like the bristles of this brush may brush out some product, so I reapply gel after with this too. I don’t have that issue with the tangle teezer since it is all plastic. I do feel like my curls are better defined from root to end, where with the tangle teezer I had more clumping of curls where I had to go through and separate after breaking the cast and throughout the week. however, I do not feel as though I get as many ringlets. maybe I actually need the define brush to get the results I want? I also do not feel as though this brush gives me any more volume than before. can’t say at this point the brush will stay in rotation, but will keep playing around with it. given the price and results so far, it is not a brush I would say is a must have.

Curl brush well worth the money, works great
I bought this brush on amazon Prime day. So I was able to save a little money. I do like the way my curls are much better defined after using this brush. I think it's well worth the price and it will last me a long time. My hair is shoulder length and I feel the design of the brush makes it easy to use.
