At this point in time, I've been drinking the mushroom coffee with the mushroom creamer for a little over a month. Two cups initially, now one every day. One thing I can definitely say is that it has a positive effect on my digestion. As for the other benefits it claims to have, I can't say for sure. Mushrooms are healthy, continuing to drink it might have benefits I will never notice. Like, if I never get cancer, why would that be? The mushrooms, a healthy diet in general, or just good genes? Initially I bought it for the health benefits of mushrooms, thought it can't hurt, but I like it so much now I will keep drinking it regardless of whether or not I notice any additional positive effects it might have on me. I find it a bit expensive though, hoping the price will come down a bit (when everything else goes up, right!? LOL). I used to drink 2 or 3 cups of regular coffee every morning. Now I now drink one cup of regular coffee in the morning, followed by the mushroom coffee, and then a cup of roasted chicory "coffee" (also healthy). There is coffee in the mushroom blend, but I feel less "jittery" now than when I drank just regular coffee. Today I mixed the mushroom coffee with the chicory brew and that was very good!

I bought this Ryze from the company before. I love it and needed another one next day so I bought one from Amazon. It is my non caffeine drink in the morning for energy.

This product is wonderful. I have started using the entire Ryze line (mushroom coffee, cocoa and creamer) and I’ve noticed a distinct change in how I feel and also in my focus and energy level. It’s a bit expensive but the end result is worth it.

The taste and the smell by itself totally turned me off, however I started looking online to see what other people thought (outside of Amazon) and I found that some people added other items such as creamer or sugar to it to make it more palatable. I tried both (powder creamer for one cup and monk fruit for another cup) and it helped the taste.But what I wanted to add more importantly is the feeling it gives me. I am very impressed with the amount of energy and focus I have with this creamer. I'm not even using the coffee, its the creamer alone and the difference in the way I feel is almost a complete 180 without the coffee jitters. It's smooth and the focus I have at work is helpful, and believe me I need it. My energy is what has completely sold me, so far.The company did right by saying they would give a full refund when I initially said I didn't like it and I appreciate that, however before their message, I had already started to experiment with it and found the benefits outweigh the initial taste.I will continue to use it until it is finished and then I will decide if I will buy this again, or try their other items.

I’m just trying for the first time, so I’ll have to update once I see whether or not I get any benefits from this product. But my first reaction is, ugh, it’s sweet! Why? Why does everything always have to be sweet? Update: here are the ingredients for those interested: Ingredients: Coconut Milk Powder* (Coconut Milk, Tapioca Maltodextrin, Acacia Fiber), Coconut Water Powder, RYZE Mushroom Blend* (Cordyceps, Reishi, King Trumpet, Shiitake, Turkey Tail, Lion's Mane), Vanilla Flavor, Bacillus Coagulans 1Lots of filler.Now I’m breaking out. There’s just too much sugar in this product Maybe they don’t add beet or cane sugar, but something makes it sweet. I’m so disappointed.

Great in my hot cocoa...I make it with water and add 2 heaping tsp. Of this and it's perfect
