Comfy and Solid
Comfy and solid mount, camera stays still and positioned properly....easy to put on and take off....works with all Go Pro brackets and such.

Stick with GoPro, the off brands just don't cut it.
I purchsed this chest mount after getting an off brand in a package deal. How much better is this one, let me count the ways: 1) higher quality straps 2) higher quality chest piece 3) Much better and higher fit around the body 4) The camera does not flop around 5) Better camera mount. Overall, this has been fantastic. I use it when on a paddleboard fishing and never have to worry about the camera or taking videos or photos. Its definitely worth the extra I paid above the kit model that I gave to Goodwill.

Made well, except the buckle is easy to open.gonna have to find something to jam in the buckle to keep it from compressing/releasing I love how the cameraman does not have to just be a spectator now and this harness leaves all the most photogenic positions avaliable for amateur....uhh, movies...with your partner

Exceeded by expectations for fit and practical use
Rating this on just the fact that it fits me and I wear a 50 regular jacket or 3x shirts. It is sturdy so I expect that it would not be a problem holding the GoPro securely.

My preferred way to mount a gopro
In my own opinion chest mount works better than helmet mount for the vast majority of gopro applications. Chin mount might be better in a few cases, but it's hard to beat chest for both center of action and stability of image (no jerking the camera to look around you). This particular chest mount is steady and durable. I've been using mine for about 11 years and still going strong. I paid more for the gopro name brand, but in this case it's definitely worth it.
