This is the first neckband and boAt product I had tried and I was pleasantly surprised. As someone who uses TWS and headphones, my newly found gym routine required a neckband. I was intrigued by the Dirac integration and decided to grab it on Prime Day. Packaging - This was maybe the biggest surprise. For an affordable product, the unblocking experience is undeniably premium. The neckband is elegantly placed in a soft foam material. Sound - My daily driver is Sony WH-1000XM3 and I have tried a variety of brands like Marshall and Sennheiser. For the price range, the sound quality here is remarkable. The Dirac Opteo feature is a must on feature and hope to see it in future products. The sound is on the bassy side but maintains the mids and highs reasonably well. I used it for a mixture of pop, hip hop, podcasts and a little bit of classical music and found it versatile to handle them all. Concluding - The first impression of the product is great. I'm glad to see boAt paying attention to the audio experience at this price point. I'm yet to test the battery and ANC. The review will be updated in a few days.

The opinion is based on my experience. I bought this product, but the package was partially open. When I tried to return the product ASAP, I received an email from the seller stating that I need to courier the product to them before they can issue a refund. Because of this, I decided not to proceed with the return. Another issue is that my headset has not been charging since the beginning. Now it is a total waste.

Love the battery life. I use this headset 6 to 8 hours a day and usually don't have the charge it until the weekend. The sound clarity is good and I have had no complaints from people being unable to hear me when I'm speaking to them on the headset. My two complaints are that I wish the headset came with a couple different size of the "wings" that let the headset hug your ears. The set I have are just bit small. It did come with 2 extra sets of tips for the ear can also. And that the unit that houses the control buttons for the on/off and volume switches was a bit longer to allow the buttons to be bigger. It's difficult to distinguish the center button at times.

I liked this product. I used it for about 1 year. After that it gave troubles. Good product, sound quality is good and it had 13 mm driver with good bass. The sound had deep feel in it, specially when listening to songs, I could differentiate between the instrumental music one by one. The noise cancellation was way too much good that I could not hear even when someone screamed while using noise cancel mood. The mic is located in the ear piece. So when talking I had to keep one ear bud in front of my mouth and one in my ear. I would be better if the mic would be in neck band.
