Incredibly beneficial product for anybody as most people are potassium deficient since you should be consuming 4700 mg and the largest capsules are only 300 mg so I try to take 5-7 capsules2-3 times daily to reach the goal of 16 capsules… Not every day. The spray gives you nearly immediate relief from pain or cramps anywhere in your body. I purchased the larger bottle, which is more cost-effective once I had used this product in the spray bottle format.

I love it. I really feel the comfort in my muscles the day after using it at night. I have also discovered that I have a deeper sleep at night when I use it.

This will dry the hell out of your feet. They will feel like sand paper.

By far, this is the best magnesium Oil Spray I have found! I have bought two other brands prior to buying this one. Hands-down, this is the better one not only does it not leave a medicine smell, but it is more effective and I don't find myself using it as often as I did the others. I carry it everywhere I go. Just a quick few pumps and you're back to feeling better! A lot of power in such a tinny bottle!

This actually works to my amazement. My mother-in-law recommended this to me and it really is good. I used it on the front of my thigh due to muscle tightness related to IT Band issues. After 1 week it was so much better and I am now using it only a couple of times a week. It dries really quick and doesn't leave an oil trace on clothes or bedding.

I definitely notice a difference when I do and don’t use for sleep. Magnesium pills I noticed no help in sleep but the spray I definitely do. I have been recommending this to family, friends, and coworkers! Wish I had known about this sooner!!
