This stuff is excellent. I've been using it for about 4 years now in recommendation from my roommate. It kinda helps me get to sleep (I recommend something else for getting to sleep) but the quality of sleep improves substantially when you take the relax and sleep products (I've tried the chewable tablets and the pills. One thing I will warn about is it makes your dreams a little more vivid and they almost always include music you will wake up with stuck in your head. 4/5 because I have to use something else to help me GET to sleep.

It helps me to relax and go to sleep. It helps me get through a good part of the night. After getting up to the bathroom, I’m generally back to sleep. No hangover feeling.

Today is January the 23rd 2026 My shipment arrived quickly I had no high hopes for this Dietary Supplement Stress Relax Tranquil Sleep 5-HTP Suntheanine and Melatonin easy to swallow 45 Enteric Coated Softgels Advanced Fast Acting Formula Natural Factors, because I have tried so many things to help me sleep over the years and to stay asleep for the night I don't even need to mention it, but I ordered this from Amazon, and I've ordered from all other online website from what friends have told me would work for them or seeing a commercial or something on TikTok Instagram Facebook whatever nothing seemed to work and when I get in a drastic situation where I don't sleep for two or three nights I'll wind up taking a Tylenol PM and it works some nights and then some nights it doesn't I'll still be up all night anyway this arrived last night on the 22nd of January 2026 like I stated earlier I had no high hopes for it I took it at 11:15 p.m. and I was waiting for that 45 minute to an hour window that it would take effect in my body and will give me that relaxation feeling so I could doze off, Well time flew by it went on for about I'll say an additional hour and a half almost two hours then the effect started coming down on me,in total it took two and a half hours for the full effect of sleepiness to come down on my body and I dozed off and I slept the rest of the night I did get up two times to go to the restroom but I was able to go right back to sleep and I woke up around 9:38 this morning All in all I can say it did the job. I'm hoping for the long term that it would do the same I followed the directions on the bottle and took two like they said all I can say is give it a try they work for me and I'm a HARD CASE, that's the reason why I gave it five stars and it is a value for your money no aftertaste no burping feeling no grogginess in the morning when I woke up overall just good

Started with one for two days. Did not help so took two pills for next two days. Both days no sleep, but had diarrhea. Not for. Him. Waste of money. Maybe others will have better luck.

I got this because my usual melatonin and L-theanine supplement is out of production. This has the same dose of those ingredients, and I figured I'd take a chance on the 5-HTP. I find that this product doesn't work as well as my previous one. It takes longer to have an effect. Sometimes it seems to take over 3 hours before I feel sleepy. It does help me far more than trying to sleep on my own. And although I don't sleep as long as I'd like, the quality of sleep I am getting is good. My Fitbit tracks my sleep, and it's noticeable that it's better when I take this. But I may try Natural Factors L-theanine alone, or with a separate melatonin, once this bottle is done.
