Love it. I do a lot of baking and tried this brand a couple years ago when they were talking about cocoa shortages. I have never looked back. It's a rich dark cocoa flavor. Not like other brands that taste like they've been on the shelf too long. It's milled to perfection. I like the 2 lb. option and it's a good strong container with screw on lid to keep it fresh. Service is lightening fast.

This is my second order of this item. I found that grocery store brands were so expensive and seemed to lack taste, maybe a little old. The taste is great the price is great. I like ordering in volume so I have it on hand.

I thought all cocoa powder was pretty much the same, but this is on another level. It smells like fresh chocolate cake batter. It's smooth and soft, and has so far made chocolate milk, hot chocolate, and chocolate cake that's a lot better than my previous attempts. 59 cents an ounce really isn't a bad deal considering anything you make with it barely needs any cocoa powder in it. For a whole cake, it's just a little over a cup. I don't recommend using this for everything, though. This WILL make it better, but some stuff just doesn't need high quality cocoa powder. Mainly, things that kids will consume. This is mostly for the adults. Kids'll eat sand if you put sugar on it...

First time buying and using Dutched cocoa, as opposed to the usual Hershey's cocoa that we usually buy at the supermarket. Wow, what a difference! Especially in preparations like hot chocolate or chocolate milk, which are frankly hard to make using Hershey's unless you load them with down with sugar and fat. Don't get me wrong - Dutched cocoa is still bitter, but not nearly as much so. It is smoother and more approachable in flavor, and thus requires less sugar and milk to tame it. This is a big canister and lasted several months, so it was well worth it. I would definitely order again.

I use this for all my baking. No acid taste as in cocoa.

I love this cocoa powder because of the high fat content. However when I went to purchase it again I noticed that it had almost half the fat in it. Kind of disappointed.
