Weber Gas Grill for the Win!
This review is for the Weber SPIRIT 3-Burner Grill EP-325 Liquid Propane grill. I have been a Weber fan for years. I used a 22” charcoal grill for years. The results were always amazing, I just didn’t like all the time it took to prepare the charcoal for use. I decided to bite the bullet and spring for the Weber Spirit 3-burner EP-325 to replace my charcoal grill. I was skeptical as I considered myself a purist when grilling. I am so glad I switched to this grill! First, I’m a bit older and find I can’t do things as I used to so I took advantage of the option to have the grill assembled upon delivery. I’m glad I did because it took 2cguys about 45 minutes to assemble. My maiden grilling experience started with simple hamburgers. I loved firing up the grill, so easy. The 3 burners help to heat up the grill quickly. There are two burners dedicated to searing if you prefer grill marks on your burgers. So I cooked using the non-searing burner and finished by searing then topping with cheese. It was fantastic to have burgers in minutes as opposed to waiting 45 for the coals to be ready. The Weber SPIRIT 3-Burner Grill EP-325 Liquid Propane grill is a solid, reliable choice for all your grilling needs.

Great weber grill
It’s a great Weber gas grill at a reasonable price. Assembly was straightforward and took about an hour. Sturdy build quality. So far it’s performed without issues and heats up quickly.

Great grill
My old Weber spirit was about 15 years old. This is a huge upgrade. I assembled it in about an hour with no issues. My wife didn't yell at me for spending 700 on a grill so it was worth the money.

Weber grill 5 star
Love this gas grill, heats up quickly, plenty of surface for cooking. Very easy to clean. Cooking grills are two pieces allowing to clean in kitchen sink or outdoors. Good heat distribution. seems durable so far. Fits well on our patio

Nice grill, a bit expensive
I have mixed feelings about this grill. First off, it took over a month for Amazon to ship it from when I purchased. When it finally did arrive it had a part that was already damaged - one of the sides of the grill had a nasty bend and dent. It took me under 2 hours to fully assemble the grill by myself. I took my time and went through the instructions as best I could. The assembly instructions used pictographs but could have been a lot more clear. The parts and build quality did not meet my expectations for a grill of this price. It uses a lot of flimsy sheet metal and easily bending parts. Make sure you really take your time with assembly and avoid the urge to brute force anything into place. After assembly I hooked up a propane bottle and tested the grill. It lit up right away and I'm sure I'll be happy with it, minus the dinged up side. I feel like this grill should cost more in the $400 range with it's build quality. I have a Weber charcoal grill that I used for many years and am very happy with it which is why I went with a Weber for my propane grill purchase.

Can be put together by one person but is a lot easer with two.
great bbq, not too hard to put together and works great when completed. Heats fast and cleans easy.

Excellent Overall Experience.
I chose this grill over similar priced products from Monument and Charbroil. And I am glad I did. There were several factors that led to my decision. 1. Performance a. There is much less variation in temperature across the grill at all temperature levels – you are not battling hot spots. b. The grill can cook at a significantly lower temperature c. The sear zone occupies half the grill. And you can use that area for normal grilling when not searing. 2. Clean-up a. The grill has a pull-out drip pan which speeds up the process significantly 3. This is the only one that will likely last past 10 years. And it is also the only one where all the major parts of warrantied for a decade. a. The Monument grills have very thin metal. You can flex the metal on the top of the grill with a single finger. 4. The grill size fits my needs. I opted to assemble the grill myself. It was remarkably easy to do. I cannot recall ever having an easier time assembling something. This is a credit to the folks at Weber who did a fantastic job illustrating the steps and bundling the fasteners. You can tell they though this process through and tested it. It took me about 20 minutes to unpackage everything (which I did first). The packaging itself was excellent. It did an awesome job protecting the grill while still being both compact and efficient. It is really easy to breakdown the boxing materials for recycling. Cleanup from unboxing and assembly was maybe 10 minutes. It took me about 1 hour to assemble the grill. I assemble the stand on my kitchen table and the rest of it on the floor beside the table. If I had a better work area available, I might have been able to do it a little faster. I found that I only needed a Philips head screwdriver for everything expect 4th bolt for each side table – for that I needed the included Allen wrench. The first thing I cooked was a set of ribeye’s. I used the sear zone to create the crosshatch pattern and finished the steaks at medium heat. It took roughly 8 minutes total to get the 1.5-inch steaks to about 130 degrees (I have a meat thermometer). They came out perfect. This was easy. But what made it easy was that the grill was predictable at every point. You can spend more and get better grills with more features, but at the $499 price, this is about as good as one could hope for. Everything about this experience worked as smoothly as it could. This is five GOLD stars. There were a few other things I acquired to support my new grill that are worth your consideration. • A grill light. It was dark out when I grilled and having a light shine directly on the grill made everything easy to see. • Weber Grill tools. These tools are well designed and have the correct hooks to work effectively with the tool hooks on the grill. • Grill gloves with extra-long mitts. o They are really helpful when cleaning the grill plates or reaching towards the back of the grill o It is kind of like a luxury-safety purchase. I never used them before, but I sure feel safer having some added protection for tasks where I need to reach over the flame. A few additional thoughts and comments • The sear zone works very well. If you set all the burners to high and close the lid, the grill will heat up to almost 600 degrees. When you enable the sear zone on the two burners (and close the lid), the overall temperature on the gauge goes to about 800 degrees (the zone itself is probably a little hotter because only 2 of the 3 burners are used for the zone). o This is really helpful for steaks and chops where a good sear is beneficial. If you do not cook these types of things often, you can save some money by purchasing the next model down without the sear zone. • This is new 2025 model (updated design). Not everything from prior 300 series will work with this grill. It is possible that Weber could expand its accessories and options for this model in the future. • The wheels are made of plastic. They work fine. o If you think you will need to move this grill a lot or on different terrains, you may need to consider a different grill or possibility an alternative wheel set (I am not sure if anyone makes alternative wheels yet for the 2025 model line). • You may need a bigger sized grill if you plan to cook for a lot of people. • If you read the reviews for Weber grills, you will notice a lot of people commenting about how this model is not as robust as the models of 10 and 20 years ago. o The older models have more metal parts (less plastic) and use thicker metal, but it is worth noting that they were also more expensive when inflation is considered. o The fact that this grill cooks rather evenly suggests that the cook box is the appropriate thickness. Making a grill thicker than it needs to be does not necessarily improve performance or durability. If the grill is too thin, it will perform poorly o Larger grills and hotter grills benefit from more thickness (to help them cook evenly).

Weber Grill is the Bomb
I have put together many items over the years and I am pretty handy at it. This grill is amazingly well packaged and the instructions are easy to follow. First off the box protects the grill and each piece inside of the box is also well protected. Weber must have spent a lot of time and thought into packaging and they succeeded. The grill itself is well made and of high quality. Since the nuts are permanently attached to the pieces you only need to set and tighten the screws. No two-handed operation holding the nut with one hand while the other has the screwdriver. It took me about 90 minutes to assemble, and I had no missteps along the way. Going to grill some nice New York cut steaks tonight!
