1) Unlike other complaints regarding packaging, my jar was packed full and had a tight INNER seal under the cap. Freshness date had a 'best by' of 1/1/2022. NO complaints here.2) The flavor is mild but has an excellent flavor overall. For a basting marinade on chicken, I used ~ 2 tsp in olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and lemon juice. The smoky taste is excellent but very mild so you'll need to adjust how much is used to your preference. There's NO pepper 'heat' whatsoever so next time I'll lace it with some smoked chipotle to kick it up a bit. I've used it as a sprinkle on my morning eggs...very good, but again...needed more than what I'd normally use of other seasonings. ** A pinch or 'sample' tasting of the seasoning alone does NOT give a true representation of the finish 'flavor' this spice has when used on food or in a marinade. .Sprinkle some on your eggs or mix some with mayo on a sandwich....much better gauge of the 'smokiness' and flavor it imparts.3) States it's 'packed in the USA' . However, there's no info on the country of origin of the product itself.Overall is a decent product for a smooth smokey flavor but needs 'user adjustment' to get depth of flavor desired. Would probably go for a smoked red chili pepper seasoning if appreciable heat is desired..

Hungarian paprika is not the same as Spanish paprika. it is much "sweeter." This brand is fantastic.

Really like this product. Perfect flavor on hard boiled eggs and hummus. Have already put some into small bottles for gifts. This is the sweet Paprika I remember getting in Hungary. Think they should have some cute bottles for gifts.

I think this Spanish Paprika is awesome. A little different from what most are used to but I knew that buying it. Love the spiciness with the smoked scent. I like it with my medium eggs over fried cabbage. My product came sealed properly and on time. Very happy with my purchase.

Yum. I had brought another product in a tin, and it came with complimentary moving bugs! The jar looked more secure. This has very good taste, however. Spicy, but that is what you would expect.

I don't know what this is supposed to taste like so my review is only based on the taste of this vs. the taste of regular and smoked paprika. The pungent sour note on this is really undesirable to me and not what I expected due to being called sweet paprika.

this is a delightful seasoning; reordered the same product and received in different packaging.New package (silver cap) has a faulty top that doesn’t close properly however taste/smell seem the same.
