It's very hard to find a good energy source without relying on stimulants, I love these caffeine free energy shots for a clean fuel source. Ketones IQ is seriously impressive-- the tech behind these is super cool and unlike anything else I've tried. As a bodybuilder who trains a lot, I noticed better performance during weightlifting sessions and a stable energy levels throughout my day (no crashes). Fair warning: the unflavoured version doesn’t taste great, I personally don't mind it but if taste matters to you, go for the flavoured options instead! Overall, a game-changer for both training and stable daily fuel. Highly recommend!

I think this product is terrible. I bought a case and shared it with my team during intense work days doing physical labor. Besides tasting absolutely terrible, no one could detect any benefits. I have taken them myself a number of times during afternoon work pushes only to find myself yawning and desiring a cup of coffee, which costs far less and tastes better than this urea flavored shot. What really gets me though is the card that came in the box that says to contact the company directly if you’re not satisfied with the product. The phone number is bogus, trying to sell me crap and give me a “life alert necklace” for free to call emergency in case I fall and can’t get up? WTF? I emailed them with no reply. I can’t return it to Amazon because it’s a food product but now I have a bunch of plastic trash and my staff won’t touch it again. Don’t buy into this snake oil.

I’ve been taking ketone-IQ for 2 weeks already. It has worked to increase my focus and energy levels. Not the best flavor, but I would rather have that than have unhealthy artificial flavors added to it. If flavor could be improved without impacting the health quality of the product, that’d be great!

Very minimal increase in energy and focus, not worth the nearly $5.00 per serving. I get far more of both from a cup of coffee.

Love these Energy Shots! Insanely convenient to carry on the go and gives me a smooth long lasting boost mid day. They taste good and don’t fill my stomach up like most energy drinks so I can immediately get to work after. Definitely recommend trying these out before a workout or mid day at work!
