I tend to fluctuate between different modes when it comes to using pre-workout products. Over time, the main things I like to look for when I'm searching for a good product include: plenty of BCAA's, creatine that isn't part of a proprietary blend (just give me the actual mg's!), not just a blatant "give you a buzz" caffeine drink, and goodness- make it taste at least palatable!With these Super Human mixes, I think I've found the winning combo. I initially enjoyed a flavor or two, but then stumbled upon the lemonade. It literally tastes like lemonade! It's easy on my stomach, doesn't give me the jitters, and provides all the "umph" I need to get a good pump at the gym. It mixes easily, so you know the quality is there, too.I'm not saying I'll never deviate from this- because as I mentioned, I do tend to cycle on and off different approaches to gym supplements, but I'm glad this is available, as it really checks all my boxes.

I’ve been using ALPHA LION Core Pre Workout in the Fruit Punch flavor for a few months now, and it’s become my go-to before hitting the gym. The taste is actually pretty good—less sweet than some others I’ve tried—and it mixes well without any chalky residue. I appreciate that it doesn’t give me jitters or an itchy feeling, which has been an issue with other pre-workouts. The energy boost kicks in quickly and lasts through my entire workout, helping me stay focused and push harder. Plus, the added creatine is a nice bonus for muscle support. Overall, it’s a solid pre-workout that delivers consistent performance without any unpleasant side effects

Taste really good, no gritty texture. Started working immediately like with 5 minutes of finishing the mixture i got tingling in my hands and feet & got to work.I worked out for 30 minutes and got a complete rush and then i flat lined. Make sure you eat enough before taking this. I don’t think i ate enough resulting in me feeling extremely sick fatigue and nauseas maybe my sugar got low. I had to lay down for 30 minutes to recoup i take full accountability and I would try again eating first and give another review at a later time.

I love this pre workout. This is the first time I am using it too. I feel that I do get that tingling feeling which is the first rush of caffeine but after that goes away, I’m so focused on my workout. I feel this product helps me sweat more while doing cardio as well because within 5 mins I start sweating which is fine with me lol love this and will definitely keep using it! BTW, I don’t use the recommended 2 scoops or even 1. I use half and get the benefits the same way.

Used this today and my workout was on point! The flavor was great with no chalky taste and I didn’t feel overly jittery. This is all with a newborn at home so I should be exhausted but this product really helped. Found my new pre workout!

The quality is excellent and you don’t experience a crash as bad as some other pre-workouts, the focus and pump aren’t inadequate I would say those aspects are so-so. The tatse is good not great overall I would recommend this pre-workout.
