I was intrigued and excited to try the Sensual Body Glide with its unique electric Irish whisky cream scent, but unfortunately, it did not quite meet my expectations. While it works effectively as a body glide, the fragrance and taste didn't align with my preferences. This is a glycerin-based body glide, so essentially, it achieves "glide" nicely without having to deal with too much stickiness, it drying and crusting, or anything like that. It's nice and easy to use. The additives are all fairly benign. Since people are likely using their mouths on the skin after applying this, if not immediately, then at some point, the flavor/scent of chocolate is present with sucralose (Splenda) as the sweetener. Some people prefer to avoid this, so it really should be mentioned. As for the flavor/scent - it smells like chocolate, and the taste is probably as close to a dark chocolate you can probably get for something that isn't made of chocolate. It's surprisingly authentic. It's a pleasure to use, and the aroma does stick around for a bit, but it isn't like some of the berry-scented ones where you get sick of the smell of weird fake strawberry for the next week because you can't get it out of your sheets/clothing. The scent does dissipate.

Color us not impressed. It is slick enough, but compared to other brands like highly-rated and less expensive Wet Water and Lubilicious, the flavor was not at all good. We will use it as a regular lube, but forget the edible part. Yuck. This is a flavorful way to add some fun to your intimate times. The chocolate flavored gel has a slight tingle to it. It has a rich deeper chocolate flavor. It's marketed as "body glide " but I found the texture to be sticky, so if you want any "glide" then you're going to have to use more of it and be prepared to clean off afterwards. It's indicated for external use only, so don't be chugging the stuff like it's a food product. There is a decent amount in the bottle. I'm a little disappointed that it's not more slippery, but it can be a fun mess anyway.

The sensations are good elsewhere as well although not as strong as on your tongue.
