I think this helps minimize the effects of FODMAPS
I take one before eating at restaurants where there are high FODMAP foods, and this really helps avoid problems, for me.

I Meant to buy the “digest complete. “ With the new label and names of products, bought this by mistake. I use the “digest” which is now called “digest complete,” an excellent product. This one did not work for me at all, it’s essentially half strength. Will buy “digest complete “ ***edit *** excellent customer service, this company gave me a refund so I can purchase the item I meant to purchase 10/10. Thank you for the great customer service!
