It worked great for me
I have many trees in front/back of the house. I needed a very long pole saw/cutter to reach branches way up there. This product worked as described. I was able to use the full 27-feet to get to some of the higher tree branches and cut thru branches. Each tube assembles very easily onto the next tube and locks into place. Un assembles just as easy.In the end, with the combination of the saw and cutter, I was able to cut so many branches. Some items to watch out for:1. If you use all 27feet of tubing, it can get a bit challenging to control a 276-foot pole while holding it. Once you have that pole up in the air, it can easily swing/tilt in one direction, and when that happens, it's "TIMBER!!!!). So, what I do is let the bottom end of the pole stay on the ground. This way, all weight is on the ground. Then quickly lift the pole and let it rest on the branch way up in the air. So, as you are holding the pole up, it is also resting on a branch. No strain on you. Then, just shift/move the pole into position to cut the branch. When you are ready to bring the pole down, be careful not to hit anything. Just let the pole tilt a bit so it rests upon the lower branches. Kinda like slowly walking down a set of stairs. Each stair is a lower branch. - I hope that makes sense.Overall, this pole saw worked perfect for me. Accomplished what I needed to do at a reasonable cost. The poles/tubes are strong and did not crack/break. Happy with the purchase. Would buy again if needed.

Great Pole Saw for Trimming, with Some Height Challenges
I recently purchased this pole saw for trimming branches around my property, and overall, I’m very impressed! The sharp blade makes cutting through limbs quick and efficient, and I really appreciate the blade wings on the end, which help keep the saw from slipping off the branch—this was a game-changer for maintaining control while cutting. Assembly was also a breeze; everything fit together easily without any hassle. However, one drawback is that when the pole is fully extended, it can be a bit tricky to both saw and push to get a good bite into the limb, especially if the branch is thicker. The pole’s weight and natural swaying movement at that height make it more challenging to maintain a strong cutting rhythm. I found it beneficial to have two people operate the saw when fully extended, one to hold the saw and the other on a ladder to do the actual cutting. That being said, for smaller-diameter branches, it still does the job well.If you're looking for a sharp, reliable pole saw that’s easy to put together and works great for most trimming tasks, this is a solid choice. Just be prepared for a bit of a workout if you’re reaching for higher, thicker limbs!

Good For The Money
The pieces go together very easily and are sturdy. The twist lock connections are nice. The blade is thin and wobbly but it is really sharp. It gets the job done but I do wish the blade was thicker. Overall this was worth the money but don't expect it to be like the more expensive Notch. It is good for the price range.

Well designed, solidly built pole saw; has worked well so far
“I used all three functions of this pole saw/pruner: the lopping mechanism to cut smaller branches, the smaller saw blade attached to the pruning head and the longer saw blade to cut large branches (4” - 5”). I used the saw with all but one of the pole sections to cut branches off a large cottonwood tree. It does get very unwieldy and has a lot of flexibility when used at or near it’s full height. It is easier to add additional pole sections once it is upright, supported by the trunk of the tree or a branch; the longer saw blade has a lot of flexibility, which makes it hard to control for certain cuts, but it is very sharp and cuts quickly. The longer blade and handle works well as a hand saw when detached from the pole. Nuts and bolts on the pruning head need to be checked regularly for tightness. Overall, this tool has worked well and it has done everything I needed for my tree trimming tasks.”

Works but may not last long
The set has a total of 8 connecting poles, one of which is the ”threaded connection pole ” that you connect the scissors or the “big hand saw.” The end pole is noted as the one pole that you can only connect an additional pole at one end.The “connecting poles” have connections st each end and are about 3 feet 4 inches in length each, when connected to another pole.My first time use:I assembled 4 out of the available 8 poles, it wasn’t too long. I attached the supplied big hand saw blade to the threaded “connection pole” to cut some semi small palm branches. After cutting a few of the branches on a low palm tree, I noticed that the collar to the “main attachment pole” was broken as pictured. The poles were securely connected, so I’m not sure how this happened. Was it defective from the start? Was it a by-product of the pole(s) flexing during use? Not really sure! I did duct tape the piece in place and continued working without further incident.I then attached the “scissor cutting pole” to cut small branches on a higher tree with thin branches that were approximately 1/2”-3/4” in diameter. For this tree, I had 5 of the available 8 poles connected and found that length of poles to be a bit flimsy to use. At the length of 5 poles the unit was approximately 16.5’ feet long so a bit of flex in the poles was expected; it just took a little compensation in grabbing a branch with the scissors to make s cut.I gave it 3 stars because it seems a bit delicate for the intended use. We’ll see how many uses it actually lasts in the real world. Also, if the broken collar had been broken on an “extension pole” and not the main pole for the big saw blade, it wouldn’t be a problem as I could just use another “extension pole.”I wouldn’t use this tool with all the poles attached as it would have too much bending and be a bit too difficult to manage and use.Regarding the comments on the bag being too short to easily put the poles back in the bag:I had no problem putting the poles and found it to be easier than my camera light stand bags which pretty much require the use a shoe horn to get the stands into their bags.
