Holead Digital Slow Cooker,Crock Pot, 5.5L, Black

I like this pressure cooker. I received it in the mail 4 days ago. I cooked dinner in it that night and have used it every day since. I was a little intimidated at first, but it’s so easy to use. I’ve already used it for meats, pastas, and vegetables. Everything came out fine. The texture of the meat was much preferred over the slow cooker by my entire family. It also is truly a one pot, set it and forget it type of device. Clean up has been super easy as well. If I really had to think of a downside it would only be that in my experience so far it’s not actually that much quicker than the stovetop. It may only take 4 minutes to cook macaroni noodles, but by the time it pressurizes, cooks, and depressurizes it’s not that much faster. The upside of the pressure cooker is that you can put it in, walk away do other things, and return to perfectly cooked noodles that you don’t even have to drain. That makes a big difference to someone like me. Instead of standing at the stove watching a pot boil, I can leave and do other things.

I just receiver the slow cooker. The crock doesn't seem to fit evenly in the stainless steel body, it moves a lot. Other slow cookers I've had fit pretty snug. It doesn't seem to go all the way to the bottom. I will try it this weekend to seen if it keeps it from cooking evenly. It also said on Amazon it was a 5 quart slow cooker but on the box it said it is a 4.5 quart?I can't really give it more than 3 stars because of the problems as above and haven't used it yet.

The pressure cooker has a pretty good design on the exterior, besides the little scratches in the interior is in good condition. The size is good enough for a small family, more family members will need a bigger size. The pressure cooker is pretty powerful, a good buy.

I love this pressure cooker. This is my favorite cooking pot right now, and replaces my rice cooker, steamer... It is easy to operate and cooks my food very well and quickly. It’s easy to use and keep clean.

I find the controls cumbersome...First you turn it on, then you must push "time", then push the arrow keys to program in a time that you want, then cycle through another button to select low, high, or warm. I have used it a few times and find that it is too hot on the "low" setting. Vegetables are done in 1 hour (on low), so you can't really set a stew for all day unless you want totally mushy veges. I find it suspicious that so many of the reviews mention the brand "Haolide"... I mean how many times do you usually mention the brand when writing a review? I will try to find a crockpot that has a simple low/high button. I think this is pot is very pricey for the quality.

This thing is fantastic!! I’ve alway love pouched eggs and this are done in no time at all and I don’t have to watch over them!! Hard boiled eggs are so easy to peel! And toCleans up so easy!! I just love it!! And can’t wait to try steaming other foods or doing omelette! No home should be without!

Bottom of slow cooker came apart from the side. I had to toss it after only four months of using it and I only used it 2-3 times a month.
