Like many post menopausal women I was having vaginal dryness and burning pain interally. It mimics the start of a UTI but urine cultures came back negative. To be honest, I hopped on Amazon here today JUST to say this for fellow women who are sexually active with their partner on a regular basis. Facing to that a constant fluctuation of higher acidity levels than typical, leading to reoccoring BV and yeast infections despite adequate hygiene. As a woman in perimenopause, I added these into my nightly vitamin routine and I am enjoying them!! I use up the other products and all in combination have been very helpful. I have been dry for about a year or so even after wiping when I peed and I was wondering why it was like this all of the sudden. I stared taking these and within a couple of days I’m not that dry anymore. It does help with making me more wet. I still need to use lube but at least I can have sex a little more comfortably. I also feel like I want to have sex now which I wasn’t feeling at all before. I wish I got much better results but something is better than nothing. I hope that overtime, this gets so much better. I wonder if I can take this together with flow ovarian support.

I'm perimenopausal and have been for 7 years. I've unfortunately experienced every symptom you can imagine with little relief from drugs or natural supplements. However, this did help initially with dryness. I had to switch to another product though after 2 orders, as it did not continue.

Ok TMI but I’m prone to vaginal dryness unfortunately… so this is one of the things I am trying to help resolve that… it does work!!! Quite nicely. Smells very vitaminie??? (I just made that word) I don’t use this every day, I don’t need to which is nice, it helps me a lot to just use it “as needed” whenever I feel too dry. So I probably take a capsule like once a or twice a week tbh. There is just one side effect I very much hate, it makes my armpits smell like BO very badly. Even after washing myself and re-applying deodorant it’s still strongly present. I’m sure the BO is from my hormones interacting with this supplement. I have weird hormones due to my medical history so if anyone else is like me, just a heads up, it will make you smell. :(
