Q: Can this be used on an "electric fire"?

First Alert EZ Fire spray will work on electrical fires as well as the other fires. I have a few cans placed around my house.

Q: Anyone use it more than once? Awful pricy for one use when i can throw flour or baking soda on a small kitchen fire

The Important part is that this is a water-based spray that doesn't spray or spread a fine powder all over the kitchen like a dry chemical extinguisher or the explosion you cause from throwing a flammable powder on a fire (flour). Baking soda is suitable for a fire because it doesn't burn itself and releases carbon dioxide when heated. So, it removes one part of the fire triangle (O2). Flour is flammable. If you are lucky, you dump enough on it fast enough to smother the fire. If you are not and manage to dust enough into the air, it will rapidly flash, AKA explode. Do not use flour on a fire.

Q: will it work on electrical fire?

No you need to look into buying the 'Dry Stop' formula by Prepared Hero. That one does list electrical fires.
