I received this magnesium cream today and actually could not even wait 24 hours to leave a review because, WOW. I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and the restless legs/entire body has been AWFUL - I pretty much have not slept for a week. Taking magnesium as a supplement did help but never for long and every night has been nothing but tossing, turning, stretching, and shaking with no relief in sight. My midwife suggested using a magnesium lotion so I ordered this one based off reviews and have been counting down the days for it to arrive. This stuff is AMAZING. The jar is rather small but it doesn’t take much at all - I used it all over my feet, legs, thighs, and lower back and you can’t even really tell any is gone. The scent is SO relaxing, subtle enough to be not be overpowering but definitely effective and the nice kind of lavender scent (not like the strong artificial kind, which I don’t like). The lotion itself is not sticky or oily but soaks into the skin rather quickly and leaves it SO soft feeling. Best of all, it’s been 4 hours now since I’d applied it (which was as soon as the restless legs start to get bad again after my supplement) and my entire body still feels entirely relaxed and NO restlessness! If you’ve ever taken an epsom salt bath, it literally feels the same as when you just get out of one except without the bathing. It actually is such a luxurious feeling, and probably THE best purchase I’ve made this entire pregnancy. If you’re on the fence about buying. Don’t be. Just get it. You will NOT regret it!!

I so love this product it helps with muscle spasms smell nice helps me fall sleep and the bonus the jar was fill to the very top

I bought the lavender and the rose, both work really well for my painful leg cramps, and work really fast, it’s wonderful. But the smell is really strong! Otherwise 5 stars. If you don’t like strong scents please get the scent free version.

I use this on my feet at night for the neuropathy I got from chemo. They make my feet feel almost normal again. Also use for restless legs.. very effective

I've only used it 2 nights and I have slept so much better then normal, despite those 2 nights being short nights due to work shifts. I am a very light and terrible sleeper. I have used EVERYTHING I can think of besides prescriptions to sleep better, including lavender lotion & oil as well as magnesium tablets--- but this is a LIFE CHANGER. It's scent is pleasant, but lightly lavender compared to my other lavender lotions. I would describe it as slightly medicinal (at first) and the texture is lightweight and VERY non-greasy compared to another brand I tried a friend has. I put some on my boyfriends neck & shoulders last night after suffering from a migraine most of the day, and he usually snores (keeping me awake) and I was sleeping so well, I didn't even hear him come to bed and he didn't snore at all!

I purchased this magnesium cream hoping it would help with sleep. I had been using a different brand that worked well for me, but they changed their formula, so I’ve been searching for a replacement. I really like the scent of this one, and it feels great on my skin, but unfortunately it hasn’t been very effective for sleep or for calming. I haven’t tried it for pain yet, so I’ll hang on to it for now. It does smell nice and works well as a moisturizer, so I won’t be returning it; but it won’t be used for the purpose I originally bought it for.

This product is outstanding. I really love it. If there any pain in my body I just rub it on that spot and it works wonders.

Why I get cramps in my feet and thighs at night I do not know! My friend recommended this product and I LOVE it. I’m ordering a 2nd one today. It is not sticky but I do not wash my hands after applying on feet and legs. The lavender helps me sleep. No cramps, skin feels softer and I sleep! It’s a WIN/WIN. Buy a jar now while it’s on sale!
