Very good product. Compact and Simple. Doesnt have fancy display screen like competition but who even needs that? This is the highest load capacty inverter on a 12V range, that too at such good pricing, makes it a steal Their on-call servicing is also commendable. I am living in a remote region where even an Inverter shop is not found, let alone service centre. But the Okaya rep talked to me over the phone and helped me fix some issues i had with the inverter (i had plugged it in the wrong order which was giving me trouble) One thing to note is that the Warranty document doesnt come in the box. It has to be managed through the Amazon seller and it is a lenghty process. Currently using with my old Exide Home 130AH battery

Load capiciti good but Surge protection Nahi Hai aur khud Bhi Ye sarag utpann karta hai. Mere pass 2 inverter utl gamma plus or okaya 1450va ek hi battery se connect the line mcb off thi. Okaya se connect sabhi smd product ko isane Surge utapan kar kharab kar diya. Iske sath Surge protion jarur lagaye isake Outer me nahi to kabhi bhi aapke upkaran ko kharab kar sakata hai. Ya isako bina line netural ko jamin ke Earth se connect kare. Load kam me isko UPS mode me hi chalaye. Company ko isame Surge protion dena chaahiye

Works super great with LFP battery pack !! I was skeptical as to how it might work but works just fine. If you're using lfp or lithium battery just turn off fast charge and it works like a charm. Highly recommend !!

Faulty product 'Stops on 1st day of use'. Okaya is forcing me to go for repairing and not replacing the new product. If the newly purchased unit stops working on first day of use, what will happen after repair. Very bad experience and feeling I wasted my hard earned money. Better to opt some other company invertor.
