The edges will curl/wrinkle with washing. But I prefer these over other incontinence products because they can be washed over and over again in hot water - and never fail to do their job. I have used several products to keep the beds dry, due to an FLUTD cat that spent months urinating all over his favorite places (before he finally needed surgery and went back to the litter boxes). Non-rubber backed products always failed after only a few washings. To keep the full bed dry, I placed two rubber-backed 36x54 sheets (overlapped a bit) just under a flat flannel sheet as a bedspread (so no cat would move the rubber sheets out of place), then only needed to wash the bedspread and rubber-backed sheets - which was often daily. (The lower sheet stayed on overnight, the upper sheet was taken off at night and replaced every morning.) Had the cat continued to have medical issues, I was ready to buy several sets to rotate. Those last minute midnight washings are nerve-wracking.

This rubber sheeting is awesome! My 3 yr old is winding down the potty training, but this product gives me peace of mind that his brand new big boy mattress will be kept nice and stain-free during the transition. I have read reviews that indicated that the corners wrinkle up when the sheeting is dried - this is true; however, I wash my sets (yes I have two - just in case!) on a cold, delicate cycle and then hang them up to dry over my shower curtain. This seems to help keep them in decent shape without the rolling of the edges. Also, since I don't want my child to be aware that mommy is actively worried that he will wet the bed, I place the sheeting under the fitted bed sheet rubber side down and have had no problems with it shifting. We have only had one accident since I purchased these and it worked perfectly. It leaked through the bed sheet to the flannel sheeting, but did not soak through the rubber, so I can verify that these are actually waterproof - yeah!!

These sheets are fantastic. We've got a California King size bed and six cats. One of them is getting along in years. Another is young and has been going into heat for awhile now. I haven't yet been able to catch her so we can go get her spayed. Meanwhile...somebody...has been peeing on the bed. These flannel rubber sheets go on top of our bed and then I don't worry about whoever it is (we haven't caught them in the act) who is making peepee on our bed. My original order was for 2 of the sheets. I just ordered another 2 yesterday. Washing is easy. I do washing in our sink on the pee spot and then dry it out on the patio. It's funny how you can rely on a dog to look guilty but cats just aren't like that. So, I have not yet been able to point the finger and the guilty peepee cat.

I use the sheet for my dog who is incontinent on a sporadic basis. I put the sheet on top of my bed and found it much too small. I purchased 2 so I put both sheets on the bed. The sheet was recommended by my vet who uses them in his practice. Even though the top has flannel, the coldness of the rubber makes my dog not like to lay on top of it. I have to put an additional regular sheet on top so the coldness of the rubber does not affect her. It beats having to wash all of my bedding if my dog has an accident so I am relatively happy with my purchase. It would be fabulous if the sheet was twice as big and could cover the whole bed. The coldness going through is easily remedied by an additional sheet.

Great sheet for the price. Cut it into 3 pieces half and two quarters. Easy to carry in the diaper bag and leave one in the bed. The edges curl if not hemmed. Had one hemmed and it looks good. The un-hemmed sheet pieces have their edge curled. Still very functional and waterproof but look a bit ragged with curled edges. Not a fault of the sheet though. But when you buy know that you would need to have the edges hemmed. Sheet is a bit thick for normal sewing.

This is a case of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." My daughter is concerned about the "off gassing" of the waterproof crib sheets for her new baby. I asked her what about rubber sheets - her answer - what's a rubber sheet ???See, latex doesn't off gas. Why is no one is marketing these as a baby product?She is so impressed. In MY day we used these sheets for the crib. They are heavy enough to not shift around so they don't need to be fitted. If you have a cradle or bassinet you can buy a big one and cut it in half and have two of them! I made sure to give it to her at her baby shower so the other gals who are expecting will know this awesome secret!Thank you, Amazon, for having the product I needed for my new grandbaby!

I have been purchasing these flannel waterproof sheets from Amazon.com to cover the comforter on beds where our 15 year old dog sleeps. They have successfully protected the comforters from accidents she has while she sleeps. Of even more importance I have been using them to protect a bed and its head border from a surprise leak we have sometimes in one of the bedrooms. Yesterday during a terrible rain storm, the waterproof sheet saved the mattress, head board and pillows from water damage when the window above it leaked. I am sorry that these waterproof sheets do not come in larger sizes. I highly recommend them.

I bought this brand of waterproof pads years ago and was very satisfied with the quality. The rubber backing provided great protection for sheets, sofas, etc. I just ordered and received this pad a few days ago. It is NOT the same quality...it is very lightweight and the backing is a thin plastic liner. I will NEVER buy this product again. Not worth the price!

Very reliably waterproof and the flannel side is nice and soft. The edges do curl up a bit but that is a small drawback for having true protection for your mattress, and my toddler doesn't seem to mind. I wish these came in even larger sizes, but they are thin enough that you can use two overlapped somewhat on a queen sized bed if you wanted. I have tried many waterproof options that aren't reliable, but this one is.
