Might be my favorite magnesium and I’ve tried them all or so it seems. Just ordered my third bottle. Taste good as well.

Bought this as I have a form of muscular disease and legs are always in pain and nerves jumping. Take two every night and such great relief from my pain.

The flavor is pretty good and not too strong, which I liked. However, the texture is a little hard and chewy, so it’s not as soft as I expected for a gummy. Overall it’s okay, but I wish it was easier to chew.

After 55 this has been a life changer!!! Vitamin supplementation is better than poison medication!! Trust me!

I still wake up once in a while at night, but when I do, I fall back to sleep pretty easily with these. I started two and ended up taking four and that was just about right.

Unfortunately, these gummies are quite hard and the orange flavor isn't very appealing. I'll try the wild cherry next but I'm a little dissapointed by the texture and flavor.
