Have used Neutrogena T/Gel shampoos before but stopped due to smell (coal tar shampoo). This product is so much better! There is no strong fragrance, it is super soothing, and really helped with scalp psoriasis and itching. Would definitely recommend.

Overall this shampoo is good for cleansing and maintaining oil levels. It’s not an affective treatment for seborrheic dermatitis in itself but good to use as a cleanser to allow other treatments to penetrate in my view

This product really does work, I’ve been suffering for weeks now with a dry flaky & sore scalp, with big lumps on my scalp that would bleed if scratched & after one wash my scalp is nearly as good as new. I was struggling with psoriasis and very itchy scalp. It's not a huge bottle, but you actually don't need much - it spreads really well. I'm able to use a bottle for several months with regular use (3 times per week). So great longevity too. It rinses cleanly without leaving residue, though the hair feels stripped unless followed with conditioner. After several washes, flaking was reduced and scalp itching noticeably calmer, which confirms that the formulation is doing something substantive rather than cosmetic. However, regular use dries my hair and leaves the scalp feeling tight if used more than twice weekly. It is effective as a targeted intervention, but not something I would want to use continuously.
