The phone has good sound and the battery is good

Not properly adapted for US market.
This is a very strange phone. I was not able to unlock it, a message pops up instructing you to press a "Chinese character" key that doesn't exist. There are no volume buttons, only a flashlight switch, and I couldn't even figure out how to turn it on, but it powered up when connected to the charger. When it rings the big G on the front lights up and flashes with colored lights. Also, it has a couple of logos not shown in the picture. This phone seems to be targeting the Asian 12-14 yo market. The tiny booklet included is one of the worst translations I have seen and explains little about the phone. Also, it uses a USB-b plug, not USB C like most modern phones, and a full size sim card.I sent it back.

Does not let Metro
I have paid for this phone for my grandma and it's said that it's work's with all carriers but it not let me get on Metro. What wrong with it?

It is not compatible with Verizon, AT&T, Tmobile, so don't advertise this phone as compatible with all carriers in USA.
